WARNING . READ THIS BEFORE YOU DRIVE THROUGH THIS CAR WASH. I entered their bay on 8/15/14 at 12:00 pm. As the water started I felt and heard a loud bang as something hit the side of my car. When the wash finished I looked and found that the gas cap cover had been tore off. It was laying on the ground inside the bay. I asked an employee to help me retrieve it. I then asked for the Manager who wasn't in. I got the Managers Business card and called her. My question was: What is your procedure if one of your machines damagers a vehicle. Her response, there is no procedure because that's not possible in a touchless. I said it is possible as it just happened to me. I asked again, how they handle a complaint. She again said they have no policy as what happened to me wasn't possible. I asked for her insurance company name and number, she refused to provide it and said she wasn't going to call her insurance as it had a $1000.00 deductible. She told me to claim it on my insurance. I then drove back to the site to show her the damage caused to my car. She looked at it and claimed no responsibility and further said it must have been broken before I arrived. Or the cap was open as I drove through. It wasn't as I just had my entire vehicle inspected at the Volvo Dealership in Seattle, prior to my road trip. Further, my passengers had gotten in and out all morning on that side and we would have noticed. I explained it seemed minor but I wanted it fixed as I wasn't able to install the cover myself. She offered no assistance, compensation or any help of any kind. She told me to go to a dealership and have it repaired. I said if I do that, then it should be their responsibility for the damages and fees to repair it. She again claimed no responsibility or any compensation of any kind. This was the poorest excuse for customer service skills I have ever experienced. Luckily I drove back later and took photos of the place and was told by her that they do have an exterior camera. This would prove my cap was closed when I drove through their bay. And the questions is, shouldn't a business establishment offer to help when their equipment is faulty. This is not the case here, go somewhere else and save yourself the headache and repairs costs.

Probably the best car wash in town, and you can't forget to grab an ice cream cone!

Liked nothing. It is not worth the time or money. Car wash does not work. No soap pot holes etc. poor excuse for a business

Failed to take the dirt off the back and did not remove a single bug from the front bumper, pathetic
