We have often thought of JCPenney as a store where the clothes were priced higher than what we would normally interested in. We have recently been shopping there for clothes for our daughters and have been pleasantly surprised that our preconceived notions were inaccurate! We have really been able to get some really great deals on clearance clothes there at prices lower than local thrift stores!
