I'm very upset with the customer service quality with this Detroit lakes ups, I'm a very patient person and understand ppl have good days and bad days but when a person like myself that uses ups to deliver packages on a regular basis and I'm always kind and understanding I expect to be treated the same and not have to deal with rude workers when I have questions about my packages and request to have the ups delivery man to Buzz up to my apartment because I made sure to be home to accept the package , so it won't be stolen down by the mail boxes I think that is more then reasonable
Great cookies some days, and they always have the box I need.
