When my wife (Kim) called to ask for an estimate, the receptionist was knowledgeable and professional. She answered all of Kim’s questions promptly and was able to schedule a time for Gary Bloom to perform the estimate. When Gary arrived (on time!), he conducted himself in a courteous, professional manner. He asked questions, gave advice, and gave us a day to expect the estimate. It, too, was on time as promised.

My wife and I have recently had some repair work done to our home by your firm. Ours was not a big project, consisting of some repair work to the interior walls and a ceiling of a few rooms and then the installation of some new doors, roof vents, and a bathroom exhaust fan. Several companies from the FM area submitted bids for the work, and while yours was the low bid, it was not the primary reason we selected you for our project. It was the impression your company made through the employees we had contact with.
Had I not been calling and managing the project weekly it would still be undone. I finally hired another contractor to finish the job as I had limited confidence that it would be done to my satisfaction.
We so appreciate the wonderful meat and cheese tray you brought to our office today. What a nice gesture. We also appreciate your efforts to help renovate our offices. Your attention to detail and willingness to get it right are much appreciated.
I cannot find a word big enough to express my sincere thank you for the wonderful work you did for me through my horrible, sooty mess. I just can’t believe there are people like you, and you did such a wonderful job. Everything was just great and so clean again. Such a nice gang to have around. I never could have done this alone. I would love to see you all again, but not at a time when I have such a dirty, sooty mess. You all did a great job.
Small water damage job poorly managed. Water clean up was handled well by Dan but execution on follow up activities was below expectations. Inadequate communication and follow up. Poor instructions relayed to contractor from internal coordinator. He did not return phone calls when requested to do so nor follow instructions.
At every step of the way, each contact we had with your company was impressive. From the first impression made by the receptionist, followed by the prompt estimate, to the conscientious and professional workmen selected to complete the work, each of the people we interacted with gave us confidence in the quality of the materials and workmanship throughout this job.
