I love this place. They keep on file how they cut your hair. Then you go to any Great Clips and they see that to know how you like it.
Brought grandson for cut. Checked in on line and was told a 30 minute wait on arrival even tho his name was next. He did get in under 10 minutes later and got a very nice cut. Deleted the ap tho. Not waiting the 45 minutes to go to be told itll be another 30. 10 year olds cut cost way too much for basically a trim too.
Usually get a decent haircut but this last time, NOT. Girl from Hawley cut my hair and I asked her to straighten out the sideburns. One side is cut to high and the other at an angle. MISMATCH! Probably because I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, the other girls take a little more time to do it right. She didn't even offer me a mirror to see the back until I tried to look from the side. I think I may try to find a different place to get my hair cut although the online check in was nice.
