Everything was good until I had to get my stuff in the yard! No help what so ever biggest idiots ever! Spend 400 bucks to get my ass kicked because no one would help what a joke!
No one can ever fully help you, the lumber sucks, everything is always moving and even the employees can not find what you are looking for. Just go to Home Depot in Fargo, the time you spend driving will be made up with the time saved from having a knowledgeable person helping you.
I bought a table saw in July and only used a handful of times. I used the saw today shut it off and it would not turn back on. I called Menards and spoke with the manager Julie. She asked if I had the receipt and in fact my wife did. Julie said bring the old saw in and I could swap it out or get credit. I went to the store swapped out the saw without any hassle. Manager was friendly and helpful.
