I came into ER after falling down the stairs, twelve of them. Told them my hip,groin,back,shoulders,neck,toes hurt. He only xrays my peliv area. I have six bruises and two knots on him. He diagnosed it as pelvic contusion and broke toes. Seriously!? I waitesd three hours and they couldn't even give me Tylenol. Told me to go home and take it and use Ice and I can barely walk or sit. Three hours people to get half ass care.I hate going here,do your self a favor,dont go here. They dont care about you.they dont want to see you do better. Its sick and sad.I hope someone offers ur ass Tylenol when u can barely move.
Your better off hitting up Walmart's first aid section and checking YouTube to see how to fix yourself.
I brought my son to the urgent care ....nurse was extremely rude didn't even sit to type my sons info. She put us in the room and we waited 30 min to see the doctor which it was fine that wasn't to long. The. doctor came in with a mask and didn't even sit down he had the diagnose already printed out in Spanish ( which it was ok because that's my primary language) but how can you diagnose somebody with out even checking them....so disappointing...never felt so discriminated before....I honestly felt like he didn't even wanted to get close to us because we had some kind of disease...if a manager can contact me would be really appreciated....can't give you their names because they didn't even bother to introduce themselves and the paper work they gave me it only says Care, DIc Urgent.
I've been coming here for about a year and half and have always had really great experiences with everyone - receptionists, lab techs, nurses, and doctors. My kids and I have really liked Ann Marie Burgeson, and my husband really likes his doctor, Dr Kulasingham. I have given birth here, have been to urgent care with kids, had special checks done, and we've always been well taken care of.
I've had great experiences with multiple doctors here. My two-year-old daughter broke her foot and urgent care was quick, kind, and helpful. She has had multiple blood draws at the lab and we've always been seen in a timely manner and the techs were friendly and warm.
