Horrible. Are there doctors that actually work here or just front desk people.
What does Urgent mean to urgent care? Nothing. Hour long wait before being called back and another 45 minutes waiting in a small room with an angry toddler. I've spent more time waiting in this hospital, (be it by appointment, or walk-in) than being treated here and I've stayed overnight twice. Doctors and nurses are generally nice, but they stand around between patients and stroll about as if they've got all the time in the world. Bring food, water, and a phone charger, because you're in it for the long haul.
Took 1 hour and 50 minutes to be called back to a room and still waiting to see a doctor after 2 hours 40 minutes. It seems an administrator/bean counter may need to look up the definition of urgent because there is no urgency in urgent care here with inappropriately low staying levels.
