Incredibly poor customer service. Would never do business with again nor recommend them to anyone. Not only did they order the wrong ring, but they basically told us it wasn't their problem when we told them we needed it ASAP. The guy there is clueless as to how to deal with customers.
I have the great respect for the quality of workmanship done by Pure Gold. They warranty the work and will stand behind all their work. I have done business with them both repairs and purchases and am very happy with them.
I called this place a few days ago to ask what their business hours were. The man that answered the phone was very rude and seemed to be bothered that I wanted to come down to his store. To top that off my husband stopped in today to have his ring size measured because we wanted to bring in his ring to be sized. The man working was very rude to my husband and told him he needed to pay $5 just to see what his ring size was if he was not purchasing a ring that day. Unprofessional!!!! We took our business to another Jeweler in town, and they had no problem measuring his ring size for FREE! Pure gold lost out on money for sizing my husbands ring and a new purchase of a ring for myself.
We were treated with rude and disrespectful attitude and behavior, very unprofessional service. Was acting with racist undertones and condescending behavior towards us when we were getting my engagement ring fitted. Upon picking up our ring, the job done was horrible, you can see where it was soldered, was not professionally done at all. I strongly recommend that for your jeweler needs, you go somewhere else.
