Very fast response time when I sent an email, on a Friday night, about information on a vehicle. Stopped in the next day and was able to check out the vehicle and test drive it. Detroit Lakes Ford is a great place for all your service needs. We are new to Detroit Lakes and brought in our Lincoln for an oil change and also to repair the cruise control as it wasn't working. The service advisors were very customer friendly, and they scheduled me for the next day. They found the cruise problem very quickly without several hours of labor charges that I feared could happen at some dealerships. Thanks again. We will be back for service and for sales.
