Went to have a key fob programmed for my car. Prices were reasonable, employee did not try upsell me on any additional services, and the job was done in the quoted amount of time.

I'll never get my car serviced here again. Very untrustworthy service department that tries to get more money out of you. They tried to sell me a new upper fuel tank nozzle because it was a little rusty and the o-ring for the fuel cap wasn't seating right. They didn't even try to reset the check engine light. I cleaned up the spout and put a little grease on the o-ring and the code hasn't come back in over 20,000 miles. Beats giving them another $400.
