Such a production out of simple appts. Extremely expensive. I compared.

Brought my 2009 Tahoe to them and was told I needed a new engine. Had them do the work to the tune of $6,000 and was told the engine had a 3 year warranty from GM. Initially they forgot to plug in the transmission module, and got a check engine light on my first drive from the dealership. Now the engine is burning oil and smoking. I've been told that they installed the wrong valve covers and GM won't cover the incorrect dealer install. So I'm left with a $6K engine that puffs white smoke and drinks oil like an addict and Nereson refuses to stand behind their work, telling me their mistake is my problem. This is a very dishonest shop that delivers incompetent service. I am very disappointed.
The salesmen are very friendly they work with you very well, I get my cars from there, Rodney is an excellent salesman I'll alays go see him, an Tim Sharpe is also a good salesman I like doing business with them,
Couldn't have had a better experience buying a new vehicle. Starting from the time we drove on to the lot and talked to a salesman who was standing outside ready to assist us (not inside looking out the window) until the time we pulled away in my new Chevy. Very pleased. Love my new pickup!
